my sister rebecca (@RHL) is an incredible painter, and a lot of her artwork is specifically in conversation with california landscapes – and especially the desert (indeed, near Palm Springs), where she's been living for the last few years! she does stuff on commission sometimes if you have a specific idea for something, too :-)
